How-to add a target line to the column chart

This article shows how to add a target or reference line to the column chart as on the picture below.

1. Duplicate an existing value and rename your new Value field to 'Target'.

1. For the newly created column; set 'Target' change Series Type from 'Automatic' to ‘Line’.

1. Click on the pencil icon to edit the formula that defines target's values. Inside Edit Formula window delete all current values and simply type your target. In the example below we write 15;000.

1. Adjust the color and number formatting if you wish and you are done.
