A frozen widget that I can't duplicate or Delete

Frozen or 'ghost' widget occurs exteremly rarely due to the combination of the used plugins (on W 8.0.1 Sisense version). The most common plugins that can create this issue are 'Hide Titles' and 'Style Title'. Troubleshooting can be done only through direct access to the dashboard on the Sisense server.

Troubleshooting by the end-users:

1. Duplicate the dashboard with the frozen widget and try to delete this widget on the new one. If works. keep the copy and delete the old one. Note if you shared this dashboard before; you have select all users again and reshare it. Same for the email subscription. It should be added again.
2. If a previous solution didn't work; create a new dashboard and drag-n-drop to the new canvas only the widgets you need. Don't forget to add the dashboard filter as well. Reshare this new dashboard.
