After a phone call; Maximizer allows you to code a call; or categorize it to show other users the topic of the call.

1. After your phone call; click Hang Up.

1. Edit the note; and click Save.

1. Select a phone call result and press OK. Select Cancel to not code the call.

How to Add a Coding Value

1. If the value is missing; click Add.

1. Enter in the new item and press OK.

How to Modify a Coding Value

1. To edit a value; press Modify.

1. Enter in the new item and press OK.

How to Delete a Coding Value

1. To delete a value; press Delete.

1. Press OK to delete the value.
