Use this procedure to create a new opportunity from an existing Opportunity. You have the option of copying all notes; documents; appointments; and tasks associated with the entry.
- Click on the Opportunity to make it the current entry.
- Select Edit Duplicate Current Entry.
- The Duplicate Entry dialog box opens.
- Select the entries that you want to copy to the new entry; and click OK.
- Notes duplicate all notes associated with the current entry.
- Documents duplicate all documents.
- Appointments and tasks duplicate incomplete appointments and tasks associated with the current entry.
- Interactions duplicate all Interactions associated with the current entry.
