Convert Individuals To Companies

To complete this procedure; you must have Insert; Modify; and Delete permissions for Address Book entries.

Use this procedure to convert Individuals to Companies. Maximizer copies the entire contents of the Individual to a new Company entry with the Individual converted to a Contact for the Company. All data is converted; including the Individual's Contacts. The original Individual is automatically deleted in the process.

You can convert a single Individual; or you can select multiple Individual's to convert them all at the same time.

1. Click on the Individual entry to make it the current entry.

Select multiple Individual entries.

• Click the checkbox to the left of entries.

1. Select Edit Convert Individuals to Companies.

Right click and select Convert Individuals to Companies.

1. Click OK to confirm.
