Under normal circumstances, Maximizer appointments with attendees or meetings with attendees will allow each attendee to select their response:
If you do not wish to allow attendees to respond to meetings, you need to adjust their calendar preferences:
Under the Access to Calendar section, set the Full access field to None.
To adjust the calendar preferences for multiple users:
- Log in to Maximizer as MASTER (or a user with administrative rights).
- Select Administration > Administrator.
- Select Users.
- Highlight a user.
- Click Preferences.
- Select the Calendar/Hotlist tab.
- Under the Access to Calendar section, set the Full access field to None.
- Click Save to save your changes.
Repeat steps 4 to 8 for the other users.
Have each user log out and log back in to have those changes take effect.
