When using Maximizer to send email messages to Contact List entries; you can save copies of the messages in Timeline of the associated entry in Contact List; Accounts; and Client Service cases.
You can open and view these email messages from Maximizer. You can also reply; reply to all; forward and print the email messages.
- In the Contact List, Accounts, or Client Service pages; select the entry the email message is saved to.
- In the following pane; select the Timeline tab.
- In the Filter section click All to unselect all options then check Email.
- Click the email message you want to view.
The email message opens in the View Email dialog box.
You can use the icons at the top of the dialog box to reply; forward; or print the email message.
