When you add entries, you must specify the entry type. You can add Companies, Households and Contacts.
Add a new entry
To add a new entry to the Contact List, click the + NEW ENTRY button.
Select the entry type.
You must create a New Company or New Household before you can add any Contacts to those entries. Contacts are always associated with a Company or a Household and cannot stand alone.
The Details following pane opens with blank fields for your new entry.
New Household
Household entries require a Last Name. Best practice is to add both Last Names of the spouses in the Last Name field. In the First Name field you can add both First Names of the spouses.
If the Household is for an individual person, enter their First and Last Name in those fields and create a Household for that individual.
New Company
Company entries have the Company Name field as mandatory. Enter the basic information for the Company or Household including Company name, address, phone numbers and email addresses.
From the Key Fields drop-down list, select a Key Fields list and enter values for the fields in the list.
Click Save to save the entry to the Contact List.
