Maximizer has the ability to log a history of changes made to entries in your Contact List, Accounts and Client Service.
When Auditing is enabled; a history of the changes made to the basic fields; user-defined fields; notes; and files of your entries is automatically saved to the audit log.
You can view the auditing history for an Contact List entry; Account; or Client Service from the Auditing following tab.
- Click on the entry to make it the current entry.
- In the following pane; select the Auditing tab.
- From the Filter drop-down list; select a filter option to view the audit log.
If you are not seeing the Auditing tab, you may need to add it to your following tabs by clicking on the 'Click to customize your tabs' icon on the following window:
From the Customize your tabs window, click the "eye" icon if it has a line going through it, to make it visible then click OK:
The Auditing tab will appear in your following tabs once you have made the tab visible and if your user has the right to read the audit log.
