A number of reports are available from the Reports menu in Maximizer modules.
The reports that you can generate from the following modules are:
Calendar:
- Calendar View – Displays the contents of the Calendar page in a printable report. This report is available only in the monthly view.
- Appointment Summary - Displays a summary of the Calendar appointments scheduled.
- Appointment Details - Prints details of appointments scheduled with your clients.
Contact List:
- Column Report – Displays the same information you see displayed in Maximizer column view; such as names and addresses or account information.
- Note Report - Prints notes attached to an Address Book entry, a Campaign, a Customer Service case, or an Opportunity.
- Consolidated Timeline Report – Reports on the notes, tasks, appointments and other interactions created by or assigned to Maximizer users in a specific date range.
- Contact List Timeline Report - Reports on the notes, tasks, appointments and other interactions created by or assigned to Maximizer users in a specific date range for your Maximizer Contact List entries.
Hotlist:
- Column Report -Displays the same information you see displayed in Maximizer column view; such as names and addresses or account information.
- Consolidated Timeline Report – Reports on the notes, tasks, appointments and other interactions created by or assigned to Maximizer users in a specific date range.
Client Service:
- Column Report -Displays the same information you see displayed in Maximizer column view; such as names and addresses or account information.
- Note Report - Prints notes attached to an Address Book entry, a Campaign, a Customer Service case, or an Opportunity.
- Consolidated Timeline Report – Reports on the notes, tasks, appointments and other interactions created by or assigned to Maximizer users in a specific date range.
- Client Service Timeline Report - Reports on the notes, tasks, appointments and other interactions created by or assigned to Maximizer users in a specific date range for your Maximizer Client Service cases.
- Plan Workload Report – Displays the number of Client Service cases assigned to each representative; along with summary statistics showing the average age of cases for each representative; as well as details about each case. The Client Service Workload Report is only available in the Client Service module.
Accounts:
- Column Report - Displays the same information you see displayed in Maximizer column view; such as names and addresses or account information.
- Note Report - Prints notes attached to an Address Book entry, a Campaign, a Customer Service case, or an Opportunity.
- Consolidated Timeline Report – Reports on the notes, tasks, appointments and other interactions created by or assigned to Maximizer users in a specific date range.
- Client Service Timeline Report - Reports on the notes, tasks, appointments and other interactions created by or assigned to Maximizer users in a specific date range for your Maximizer Client Service.
Campaigns:
- Column Report -Displays the same information you see displayed in Maximizer column view; such as names and addresses or account information.
- Note Report - Prints notes attached to an Address Book entry, a Campaign, a Customer Service case, or an Opportunity.
- Email Campaign Response Metrics Report – Displays information related to email campaigns; including the number of emails sent; the open rate for emails; and click-through statistics. The Email Campaign Response Metrics Report is only available in the Campaigns module.
