Learn how to use the Category field to group your Contact List entries, for example: Client, Supplier, Partner or Competitor. This is possible for Company, Household and Contact Records.
- In the Contact List, select Search > Advanced Search.
- Click Add.
- Expand Basic Fields and select Category or search it in the search bar. Click OK.
- Select the category you would like to retrieve and click OK.
- Press OK to run the search.
The Contact List entries are now grouped by category.
