When you first open the Client Service page; all of your current cases are displayed. You can change the list of cases to display all of your cases or all cases in the Contact List.
You can also use the options on the Search menu to search for cases.
In the Client Service page; open the View menu; and select one of the following options:
- My Cases – To display all cases either that are assigned to you or that have you set as the owner.
- My Current Cases – To display unresolved cases either that are assigned to you or that have you set as the owner.
- All cases – To display all cases in the Contact List.
