View Failed Events
Periodically; you can view details related to failed synchronization events from the selected calendars. The details include error codes and corresponding error messages.
At least one calendar must have been selected for viewing failed events.
To view failed events:
- Log in to your Gmail account; and open the calendar App.
- Click the MAXIMIZERCRM icon in the right pane to open the MAXIMIZERCRM Add-on dialog box.
- Click Calendar Settings.
- Click SHOW FAILED EVENTS.
- Select the calendar and the time for which you want to view failed events. A list of failed events; if any; will appear in the pane.
- To refresh the list; click RETRY ALL ABOVE EVENTS.
