Set Calendar Synchronization Schedule

You can set a schedule for the Google Workspace Add-on to synchronize the calendar events and contacts to MAXIMIZERCRM. This ensures that the Google calendar and Calendar in MAXIMIZERCRM are in sync without the need for manual intervention. Additionally, to enable synchronization, you must indicate the calendars from which the Google Workspace Add-on will synchronize contacts and events to the MAXIMIZERCRM calendar.

To set a synchronization schedule:

1. Log in to your Gmail account; and open the calendar App.
2. Click the MAXIMIZERCRM icon in the right pane to open the MAXIMIZERCRM Add-on dialog box. 
   
3. Enable Turn on Sync Service.
4. Click Sync Settings.
5. Provide the following:

• Sync Interval: The frequency with which Google Calendar will be synchronized to MAXIMIZER CRM Calendar.
• Daysback for initial sync: The number of days back that the Google Workspace Add-on will go while synchronizing the calendars.
• Link recognized users as attendees: If the guest of the Google event is a recognized user of MAXIMIZER CRM; the guest will be appeared as attendee in the MAXIMIZER CRM Appointment. And the same event will be synchronized to the guest’s MAXIMIZER CRM calendar.

6. Click SAVE SETTINGS.
7. Click Calendar Settings.
8. Select the calendars that you want to synchronize and click SAVE SETTINGS.
