You can use the Global Edit command to modify multiple entries at once.
- Create a list of entries to modify.

In the current list; select the entries you want to modify.
- Click the checkbox to the left of entries.
- Select Edit Global Edit.
- Locate your fields in the Fields drop-down list.
For many basic fields; you can select Remove to remove existing values for a field without specifying alternative values. For user-defined fields; use the Remove rule to remove all values or specific values from a field.
- In the Rules drop down list; select your desired rule.
- To add the selected values to the existing values; select Add when empty; Append or Replace.
- To remove the selected values from the existing values; select Remove or Clear.
- Select the Value(s) from the drop-down list.
- Click OK to save the changes.
- You are prompted with a message to verify that you want to continue with the operation.
- Click OK to run the global edit.
