Q: How can I save multiple emails at once from Outlook to Maximizer?
A: Currently, the new Outlook application (both web and desktop versions) does not support saving multiple emails at once using add-ins. We're actively monitoring this limitation and will update the integration when Microsoft enables this functionality.
Q: How can I subscribe to all my existing and new Maximizer contacts and leads to automatically sync emails when I install the integration, so I don’t have to manually enable the 'Email auto-save' toggle for each contact?
A: Currently, there isn’t a way to automatically subscribe to all contacts and leads at once. If this feature is important to you, please let us know by emailing support@maximizer.com—your feedback helps us prioritize future improvements.
Q: Can the “Email Auto-Save” setting be shared across my team so everyone sees the same toggle state for a contact or lead?
A: Not at this time. If multiple team members (e.g., Andy and Chloe) are connected to the same Maximizer database in their Outlook integration, and Andy enables “Email Auto-Save” for a contact (e.g., Josh), the toggle will show as ON for Andy but remain OFF for Chloe.
Despite the toggle appearing OFF for Chloe, emails from Josh will still be automatically saved to Maximizer, and both Andy and Chloe will be able to view them in Josh’s Timeline.
This setup is intentional—it prevents another team member from accidentally turning the setting off and stopping email capture for the entire team.
