Installation
- If you haven’t installed the Outlook Sync before, navigate to the App Directory in Maximizer and select the "Microsoft Outlook Sync" card. Otherwise, go to step 5.
- On the "Microsoft Outlook Sync" page click the "Get it now" button to enable the integration and start the process of connecting your accounts.
- A new screen will appear, requesting your Maximizer credentials. Please enter the credentials that you use daily to access Maximizer.
- Once validated with Maximizer, you'll be prompted to connect to your Microsoft account. Note: The method of connection may vary based on your organization's security measures. For example, there could be a 2-factor authentication step using Microsoft Authenticator.
- After connecting, a Configuration page will be displayed. Pick the Email tab and enable the sync by toggling on the email auto-saving for incoming and outgoing emails. You can choose to sync only incoming or only outgoing emails for all of your desired contacts.
- Click the “Save Changes” button to apply the configuration. Click “OK” on the confirmation dialog, then click the “Close” button to return to Maximizer. Note: Ensure you have Maximizer's Outlook add-in from the Microsoft Store when enabling the email sync. You need it to add entries to the “Emails with enabled Auto-Save” table on the Email Configuration page.
* To monitor the status of your sync, access synchronization details, and manage synchronization settings, click the “Configure” button on the “Microsoft Outlook Sync” page in the App Directory.
