Introducing Timeline. Your Customer Interactions Organized.
Your consolidated interaction history for your entries is finally here. Grouped chronologically by month, you can now see everything you need in one place: notes, documents, emails, phone calls, appointments, tasks, phone logs and interactions.
Expand each item to see each its full details, filter through activity types and use the search bar to locate specific key words.
Timeline is available in the Leads module and the following tabs of the Address Book / Contact List, Hotlist, Opportunities / Accounts and Customer / Client Service modules.
Use the Filters to select the type of interactions you want to see displayed in the Timeline:

In Opportunities / Accounts module, the Timeline filter options include Address Book / Contact List items:
In Customer / Client Service module, in the Timeline following tab you can also choose if you want to include Timeline items from the Address Book / Contact List:
You can add an interaction from the Timeline to the entry you are on by clicking on the Add button and choosing your interaction type:
Timeline Reporting
The reporting has been updated to a Consolidated Timeline Report and will replace the previous Interactions Report. The filter option is available for filtering by user and activity type if needed. Notes, Documents and any interaction will be displayed in the Timeline report to export.
The Consolidated Timeline report reports on every one of your entries, and includes all interactions captured in the CRM regardless of the module it was captured in.
From the desired module, go to Report > Consolidated Timeline Report:
Select the date range, users and timeline items that you want to include in your report:
After selecting the Timeline items, click away from the pull down menu.
On the bottom half of the screen click on any of the column menu:
Choose Columns and select the items you want to include in your report:
You will have the option to toggle the Show Details on or off. Make your selection and click Run:
If you choose to not toggle the Show Details options the report generated will be similar to bottom half of the Settings and Chart window.
If you choose to toggle the Show Details option On, the report will contain the full Note body. Click Run:
After you run the report, click the hamburger menu on the top right corner and choose the format that you want to export your report as. Options are Export to Excel or Export to PDF. Choose your format, click Export. If your report contains more than one page, it will be indicated in the bottom left of the Consolidated Timeline Report window.
Module Timeline Report
If you want to generate a Timeline report for a select group of entries only, you can retrieve your search or favorite list and select the entries you want to report on and go to Report > {Module Name} Timeline Report:
From the Entries Menu choose All Selected Entries:
Choose if you want to include Timeline items from other modules: Opportunities / Accounts of Customer / Client Service, Date Range, Users and Timeline Items. Toggle Show Details on or off and click Run :
Click on the Hamburger menu on the top right corner and choose Export to Excel or Export to PDF to generate your report. If your report is more than one page, it will be indicated in the bottom left of the Consolidated Timeline Report screen :
