| In the Maximizer Mobile App; if you do not wish to type a note; you have the option to utilize the microphone on your device to dictate your note from Voice to Text. |
- Create a note in a Lead; Opportunity or Address Book Entry.
- When the keyboard pops up or you select the main body of the note ( Note Text); select the microphone button on your display.
- Speak to record your note.
- When finished select the X in the recording screen; so that you can review or complete any corrections that may be required.
- Select Save to complete this note.
