The leads module was designed to enable the tracking and conversions of leads resulting in organized separation between Leads and Customers.
User Access Rights
Before using the leads module; ensure the adequate access levels have been granted to users wishing to use the Leads module for Read; Insert; Modify; & Delete access. These access levels can be organized by administrators based on the roles and functions of their users.
