In Maximizer you can apply a VIP designation to any notes for a Maximizer Entry. This places an Exclamation mark beside the note and presents the subject line in Bold for easy detection.
Load a maximizer entry and select the Notes Tab.
Create a note by selecting Add.
Add the necessary information into the note.
Once you have completed adding the note; select the ! symbol to make it an Important note.
Select OK to complete the note creation.
Once you review the note in the Notes Tab; you’ll notice the ! and the writing has been bolded.
