You can filter the notes that are displayed in the Notes following tab by date or by type.
In the Notes following tab; click the filter icon.
Use the Show notes for drop-down menu to specify the date range for notes displayed in the list.
You can select a number of predefined date ranges; including Last 30 Days and Last 12 Months; or you can select Custom to select specific dates for the filter.
Select Check All to display all notes for the current Address Book entry; including notes belonging to the Company/Individual and all associated Contacts.
If this option is unchecked; only notes belonging to the current entry are displayed.
This option is available only in the Address Book and Hotlist pages.
