Maximizer uses category values for various functions including reporting and searching. You can modify the system values as well as add new ones. However; the category values should remain consistent with the original meaning.
To add or modify categories
- In the left section of the page; under Preferences; click Address Book.
- Under Categories; add a new category value:
- Click Add New Value.
- Under Add Item; provide a name for the item; and select the user who requested this item.
- Click Set to hidden to hide this category.
- Click SAVE.
- Edit a category if needed:
- Click the category of your interest.
- Modify the name of the item and the requesting user as necessary.
- Indicate whether this category should be hidden and save your changes.
- To delete a category; click the check box next to the category; and click Delete selected item(s).
