Maximizer uses category values for various functions including reporting and searching. You can modify the system values as well as add new ones. However, the category values should remain consistent with the original meaning.
To add or modify categories
- In the left section of the page; under Preferences; click Address Book.
- Under Categories; add a new category value:
- Click Add New Value.
- Under Add Item; provide a name for the item; and select the user who requested this item.
- Click Set to hidden to hide this category.
- Click SAVE.
- Edit a category if needed:
- Click the category of your interest.
- Modify the name of the item and the requesting user as necessary.
- Indicate whether this category should be hidden and save your changes.
- To delete a category; click the check box next to the category; and click Delete selected item(s).
