Set Up MAXIMIZERCRM Gmail Integration

1. Login to your Gmail account; navigate to the add-ons bar on the right-hand side and click on the MAXIMIZERCRM logo.

2. The MAXIMIZERCRM add-on will open and requests you to sign in to your MAXIMIZERCRM Cloud account. Click on CONNECT TO MAXIMIZER button.

3. Enter your email address associated with your MAXIMIZERCRM user account and click on CONTINUE button. A 4-digit PIN will be emailed to the email address you enter the below.

4. Enter the 4-digit PIN and click CONTINUE button.

5. Select your MAXIMIZERCRM database alias and click CONTINUE button.

6. MAXIMIZERCRM Authorization is required

7. Click on CONTINUE button to open the MAXIMIZERCRM sign on window; enter your MAXIMIZERCRM username and password; click on Log in button. Close the window after you see the login success message.

8. When you finish; the home page of MAXIMIZERCRM Gmail Integration is displayed.
