You can quickly retrieve a list of Customer Service cases associated with an Address Book entry and display them in the Customer Service page.
  1. Select the Address Book entry in the Address Book page.
  1. Select Search Retrieve Cases.

The Customer Service page opens and displays the list of cases associated with the Address Book entry.
