Installing the Google Workspace Add-on
| This Add-on will be available in MAXIMIZER CRM Cloud only. Users who have already installed the Maximizer CRM Gmail integration; can skip the installation step and go to the set up of Google Calendar directly. If you have questions or suggestions; write to us at customerexperience@maximizer.com.

Before proceeding; be sure you have following information ready:
- Username and password of the Google account for Google Calendar and Gmail.
- Username and password for your MAXIMIZERCRM account.

Email address associated with your MAXIMIZERCRM account. To obtain this email; click the user profile icon in the top-right corner of Maximizer Web Access. The email will be available as follows:
Procedure
- Log on to MAXIMIZERCRM.

Go to App Directory > Google Workspace > Get it Now.
- Click Install in the Google Workspace Marketplace. If you do not have a Google account; you will be directed to the Google sign in page.
- Enter your Gmail account and password and click Install; and then CONTINUE.
- Click Allow to allow Maximizer CRM access to your account.
- Click DONE to finish the installation.
