How To Delete a User


It's often best to leave the user disabled rather than delete them; any activity the user has done will be shown as DELETED rather than a name
To delete a user; follow these steps:
- Go to Administration > Administrator
- Select Users
- Click the checkbox on beside the users you wish to delete; and click Delete.
When to Delete a User vs. Disable a User
- If there is no use for the user to be in the system (i.e. they are no longer a part of the company); it is better to delete it
- If you wish to reactivate the user at a later date; it is better to disable the user instead
