Google Workspace Integration
The Google Workspace Integration allows you to quickly integrate your Google calendar; as well your Gmail account with your Maximizer CRM account. The Integration enables synchronization of Google Calendar events; as well as Gmail messages with your Maximizer account. This translates to simplified management of events and appointments; as well as interactions with your contacts.
The Google Calendar integration component of the Google Workspace Integration has the following capabilities:
- Events from your Google calendar are added to your Maximizer accounts as appointments
- Google accounts are linked to Maximizer users
- Up to 5 Google calendars can be synchronized to a single account
- Synchronization preferences can be customized using the Integration
- Failed synchronization events are displayed along with error codes and messages
The Gmail integration component of the Google Workspace Integration has the following capabilities:
- Gmail messages can be saved to Address Book entries or Leads.
- Gmail messages can be saved to Opportunities or Customer Service records that are associated with Maximizer contacts (company or individual).
- The following types of records can be created and updated from the Integration: Address Book entries; Opportunities; Leads; and Customer Service records.
- Records from Address Book entries; Opportunities; Leads; and Customer Service records can be searched from the Maximizer CRM App available in Gmail accounts.
