The latest versions of Maximizer require TLS 1.2 and TLS 1.0. To make sure your Maximizer server and web server are using both TLS versions:

1. In Windows; search for and launch the Windows Registry tool (regedit.exe).
2. In the Windows Registry tool; browse to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurityProviders\SCHANNEL\Protocols
3. Create each key for TLS 1.2 and TLS 1.0 if they do not exist.

The keys TLS 1.2 and TLS 1.0 each have the sub-keys Client and Server. Each sub-key has 2 DWORD values: DisabledByDefault and Enabled. After creating the keys and values for TLS 1.2 and TLS 1.0; make sure the Enabled value is set to 1.
