The Message Body File
In the Message Body section, click More >> and select Select Existing Message.
You can choose whether to create a Plain Text or HTML file and enter a name for the message.

So, for those of you who aren’t HTML wizards but do want to create beautiful content and send it using maximizer's campaign manager; welcome to Bee Pro. Once you have generated your content in Bee Pro then this video has all you need to know to personalize the content with Maximizer data; and import the HTML into Maximizer:
You can insert smart links into your HTML; including merge tags and tracked links. These include the standard email tracking links; unsubscribe links and click tracking links.
Inserting Special links and Merge tags
The merge tag is the name of the basic field; or user-defined Field; from Maximizer enclosed within square brackets.
With Special Links, it is a similar set up. Here is a list of Maximizer special links in square brackets so you can just copy and paste them into you message.

Using merge fields or special links
When we send this email from Maximizer; it will personalize the content with data that relates to the person you’re writing to.
Inserting special links is just the same and it’s easy to select one or more of these links. Another handy hint is if you want to change the words displayed just click on the link builder and then go right ahead and change the text to display.

Retrieve Address Book Entries By Activity
To complete this procedure, you must have Read permission for campaigns and Read Access to the campaign subscribers. As well, the appropriate merge fields must be included in the campaign email messages. |
To check your subscribers on a per-activity basis, use this procedure:
- In your Campaign module, highlight your campaign.
- Select Actions > Retrieve Address Book Entries by Activity.
- or -
Right-click the campaign and select Retrieve Address Book Entries by Activity.
Highlight the activity you wish to check for subscribers:
- All Subscribers: The entire list of subscribers who were sent the highlighted activity.
- Unsuccessful entries: subscribers/entries that have either not opened the campaign email message or never received the email message.
- Opened email entries: entries that opened the email message.
- Clicked-through entries: entries/subscribers who have visited the selected landing page.
- Unsubscribed entries: entries who have clicked the Unsubscribe link in your campaign email message.
In Clicked-through entries, you can pick the Landing Page (tracked link) you want to retrieve the click-throughs for or select Custom to select more than one Landing Page.
