Associate an Email to an Address Book Entry
Associate an Email to an Address Book Entry
You can associate emails from your Gmail account to Address Book entries to which they are related. This way; if you have email conversations with MAXIMIZERCRM Address Book entries of the type Contact; Individual; or Company; you can simply associate these emails to the corresponding entries from your Gmail account without having to open MAXIMIZERCRM. The email conversations are saved under the History tab of the Address Book entry.
To associate an email:
- Open your Gmail account.
- Open the email that you want to associate with an Address Book entry.
- Click the Maximizer icon in the right pane to open the Maximizer Add-on dialog box.
- In the Search for Address Book entry in Maximizer box; type a search entry. The Google Workspace Add-on will match the search string with the Address Book entries in MAXIMIZERCRM; and matching entries will appear.
-
Select the correct entry and click ADD TO LIST.
- Move the slider next to the contact you added and click SAVE EMAIL. The email is saved to the Address Book entry.
- Validate the association:
Note: If you have not opened an email; the Maximizer Add-on dialog box displays a message indicating that you must either open an email or choose an action from the menu.
