MaxMobile Fails to Launch After a Successful Wireless Deployment Installation
Problem
The following message appears after installing MaxMobile via a Wireless Deployment email on your mobile device.:
MaxMobile cannot be opened until it has been synchronized with the desktop Address Book. From Maximizer, synchronize the desktop Address Book with MaxMobile, then try again.
Reason
The email address used to send the Wireless Deployment to the device is not exactly the same as the email address assigned to the user in the Address Book.
The email is case sensitive. If the email address that the wireless deployment email was sent to is MyAddress@mycomp.com, but in the Maximizer Address Book the user's email address is myaddress@mycomp.com you will encounter this issue. |
