Printing a Report to PDF that Contains Asian Characters Shows Incorrect Text for Those Characters

Problem

When you print a report from Maximizer, you have many options for printing to. One of those is PDF. When printing a report that contains Asian characters, the resulting report shows invalid characters for the Asian characters.

Reason

The Print to PDF feature does not support Unicode characters.

Solution

Print to one of the other available formats. If a PDF is required, try printing to Microsoft Word and then use a third party program to convert it to PDF.
