Multi-User Appointments Synchronized with MaxSync for Microsoft Exchange Do Not Show All Users in Exchange

Problem

This problem affects multi-user appointments in an environment where MaxSync for Microsoft Exchange synchronizes appointments and tasks with a Microsoft Exchange server.

After creating a multi-user appointment in Maximizer CRM and synchronizing with Exchange, the appointment may not display all users in the appointment on the Recipients tab in Exchange. The missing users do receive copies of the appointment.

Reason

The Exchange user names that are mapped to Maximizer users are resolved to multiple Exchange user accounts on the Exchange server.

Solution

Update the user accounts on the Exchange server so they are unique and cannot be mistaken with any other accounts on the Exchange server. This step applies to all Exchange users accounts selected for synchronization in Maximizer.
