Installation on a 64-bit Windows operating system
Previously, installing Maximizer CRM 10 Entrepreneur Edition on a 64-bit Operating System involved manually installing the 64-bit version of Microsoft SQL Express 2005. This is now automatically handled by the installation. Also, on some 64-bit Operating Systems you would receive the error “Maximizer Support File error in MaxApp.exe” at the end of the installation. This issue has also been resolved.
OrderDesk issue
In some cases, after installing Maximizer CRM 10 Entrepreneur Edition, the OrderDesk module failed to work properly. This issue has been resolved.
Installation issues
In some cases, the installation of Maximizer CRM 10 Entrepreneur Edition would not complete successfully. These issues have been resolved.
Database connectivity issues
Some users experienced issues opening Address Books both locally and from other workstations with Maximizer CRM 10 Entrepreneur Edition. Many of the issues that caused these problems have been resolved.
First Name and Last Name switched when synchronizing an Address Book Entry from Maximizer to Microsoft Outlook 2007
If your default “File As” setting in Microsoft Outlook 2007 is “First Last”, and you synchronize an Individual Address Book entry that does not contain an email address from Maximizer CRM 10 Entrepreneur Edition to Microsoft Outlook 2007, the First and Last Name fields will be reversed in Outlook. This issue has been resolved.
Import data from ACT! 2009
Importing data from ACT! 2009 is now supported in Maximizer CRM 10 Entrepreneur Edition Service Release 1.
Support for Internet Explorer 8
Internet Explorer 8 is supported in Maximizer CRM 10 Entrepreneur Edition Service Release 1.
