Cannot Open the Demonstrations in the Maximizer Training Guide on a 64-bit Operating System

Problem

The demonstrations in the Maximizer Training Guide CD cannot be opened by the 64-bit version of Windows Help.

Resolution

You need to open the help file using the 32-bit layer version of Windows Help.

  1. In Windows Explorer, browse to the Maximizer Training CD and locate the CRM_Training_CD.chm file.
  2. Right-click the file and select Open With.
  3. Click Browse.
  4. Locate and select C:\WINDOWS\SysWOW64\hh.exe.
  5. Select "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file" and click OK.
