Turkish New Lira Currency Not Available After Upgrading to Maximizer CRM 10.5 R2 via the Maximizer CRM 10.5 R2 patch.

Problem

After applying the Maximizer CRM 10.5 R2 patch to Maximizer CRM 10.5, the currency Turkish New Lira should be available in the list of currencies, but is not present.

Reason

The Maximizer CRM 10.5 R2 patch does not update the list of currencies.

Solution

Replace the currency.ini file on all affected systems using the directions below.

  1. Shut down all Maximizer applications.
  2. Browse to the “..\Maximizer\Madata6\” folder.
  3. Locate and rename the currency.ini file to currency.old.
  4. Download the following file:
    Currency.zip
  5. Open the Currency.zip file and copy the currency.ini to the “..\Maximizer\Madata6\”folder.

Affected Versions

  • Maximizer CRM 10.5 R2 Professional Edition
  • Maximizer CRM 10.5 R2 Enterprise Edition
