The Individual Caption, Checkbox, and Navigation Icons Are Separated Into Two Lines When Viewing Maximizer Wireless Access on a BlackBerry device

Problem

When viewing Maximizer Wireless Access on a BlackBerry device and you browse to the Address Book, in the Matching section, the Individual caption, its checkbox, and navigation icons will be on separate lines. Normally, they should all appear on the same line.

Reason

The BlackBerry device is using the 4.3.x firmware, and does not render this properly.
