Multi-Day Weekly Appointments Removed From Outlook Calendar But Left in Maximizer Software

Problem

After creating a multi-day weekly recurring appointment in Outlook, after multiple sync sessions with Outlook Sync or MaxSync the appointment is removed from Outlook. The appointment does stay in Maximizer.

Reason

While Maximizer does support weekly recurring appointments, multi-day weekly appointments are not supported yet.

Solution

Instead of creating a multi-day weekly recurring appointment in Outlook, create two single-day recurring appointments with the same name. This will synchronize properly with Maximizer and accomplishes the same goal.
