Solution:
Unless otherwise specified, take the defaults or hit next/install.
- Find and double click on the MaxCRM folder in the Maximizer CRM 10 install folder or CD. Then go to the 3RDPARTY folder, then the SQLExpr folder. In that folder, if you are using Windows XP, double click on the SQLEXPR.exe file. If you are in Windows vista, right click on the SQLEXPR.exe file and select "Run As Administrator"
- On the Registration Information page, Uncheck "Hide advanced configuration options"

- On the Instance name page, select "Named instance" and type in: MAXIMIZER

- On the Service account page, select built-in account and select Local System. Select SQL Server and SQL Browser.

- On the Authentication mode page, select Mixed Mode and specify an SA password. Do not lose this password.

- Click Next on the Collation Settings page.

- On the Configuration options page, both Enable User Instances and Add user to the SQL Administrator role can be selected./li>

After install finishes:
- For Vista users: Start > Control Panel > Programs and features > Turn Windows features on or off. Make sure .NET and SQL features (if available) are selected.
- Once finished, install Maximizer as normal
