Apply this hot fix to all computers running Maximizer CRM 10
Service Release 1 or Maximizer CRM 10 Hot Fix 1 for Service
Release 1 that use the MaxExchange Remote.
To download and install this hot fix automatically using
Live Update (if available):
- In Maximizer or Administrator, select Help > Maximizer Live Update.
- Select the update to download and install (Maximizer CRM 10 Hot Fix 2 for Service Release 1).
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
If you are not installing the hot fix automatically using Live Update, follow the instructions below.
To install this hot fix:
- Close all applications.
- If MaxExchange 10 Service Release 1 is running, shut it down.
- Open Windows Explorer, and browse to the hot fix file (MaxCRM10SR1HF2.exe).
- Double-click the file.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
After applying the Maximizer CRM 10 Hot Fix 2 for Service Release 1 patch, you may need to go into the packet folder's subfolders and move the packets from these folders into the parent packet folder. After all packets are moved, delete the subfolders.
Please note that Maximizer CRM 10 Hot Fix 2 for Service Release 1 contains all fixes contained in Maximizer CRM 10 Hot Fix 1 for Service Release 1. If Maximizer CRM 10 Hot Fix 1 for Service Release 1 is installed and you attempt to install Maximizer CRM 10 Hot Fix 2 for Service Release 1, it will uninstall Maximizer CRM 10 Hot Fix 1 for Service Release 1 and install Maximizer CRM 10 Hot Fix 2 for Service Release 1
