IMPORTANT NOTE - Install this hot fix only if you are using MaxMobile Lite 10 and/or the Maximizer CRM 10 Customization Suite. You must be logged into Windows as an administrator to install this hot fix.
This hot fix is included in the MaxMobile Lite 10
installation. You can also download the hot fix from
the Maximizer Knowledge Base.
To install this hot fix from a download:
- Close all applications.
- Download the hot fix file.
- Open Windows Explorer and browse to the hot fix
file (MaxCRM10HF1.EXE).
- Double-click the file.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.

This hot fix applies to Maximizer CRM 10 - series 1743.
It applies to the following editions:
- Maximizer CRM 10 Enterprise Edition

Here are the issues addressed in detail:
1. Issue with Calling the ExecuteUpdate() Function
If you have a Maximizer API customization that calls the
ExecuteUpdate() function, under certain circumstances
the Maximizer application may shut down. This issue has been
resolved. The hot fix should be installed on all servers and
workstations.
2. MaAccess Logging Causes Maximizer to Shut Down
Under certain circumstances when logging into Maximizer,
if you have MaAccess Logging enabled, Maximizer shuts down.
3. Administrators in a MaxMobile Lite 10 Environment
In an environment where MaxMobile Lite 10 is installed, you
must install this hot fix on the computer where you log into
the Maximizer Administrator module. Note that after you
install the hot fix, you must log in as the MASTER user to
the Address Book you intend to synchronize to activate
MaxMobile Lite licenses.
4. Synchronization Settings for MaxMobile Lite 10 Users
If you are a MaxMobile Lite user, the hot fix provides you
with the MaxMobile Lite Synchronization options on the
MaxMobile Synchronization Settings tab located in user
preferences. Note that this hot fix is included in the
MaxMobile Lite 10 installation.
