This article provides information for Maximizer Enterprise 9 Hot Fix 1 for Service Release 2. This hot fix applies to Maximizer Enterprise 9 Service Release 2 - Series 1635 - CRM SQL and eCRM (Server only).
The issue described below has been resolved.
Due to the key value generation issue, which was resolved in Maximizer Enterprise 9 Service Release 2, some data may be causing the following problems:
- Maximizer closing unexpectedly when the user accesses the Hotlist window
- Users not being able to log in to the Employee Portal
- User drop-down lists appearing incomplete
