This behavior is caused by a date comparison issue.
NOTE:
- Maximizer Enterprise 9 Service Pack 1 for Service Release 1 must be installed BEFORE installing this hot fix. Do not uninstall Maximizer Enterprise 9 before installing the hot fix.
- You must be logged into Windows as an administrator to install this hot fix.
RESOLUTION
Apply Maximizer Enterprise 9 Service Release 2 which has a correction for this issue.
