Configuring Outlook Synchronization
In addition to the steps outlined in the Maximizer User's Guide, you must also ensure the following Outlook setting is set as follows:
- Open Outlook.
- Click Tools > Address Book.
- Click Tools > Options.
- The Addressing dialog Box appears. Ensure Contacts address list appears at the top of the 'When sending mail, check names using these address list in the following order' list box. If Contacts is not listed first then select the Contacts item and move this item to the top of the list by clicking the up arrow.
- From the 'Show this address list first' list box, ensure an item from the Outlook Address Book list is selected. Note: You must select one of the Outlook Address Book lists, such as Contacts. Maximizer does not synchronize with the Global Address List or any of the All Address Book Lists.
The document is provided in PDF format and requires Adobe Acrobat Reader software to view. If you do not have the Adobe Acrobat Reader, it is available from http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/main.html.
If you wish to download the document, right-click on the link and choose the Save menu option (e.g. in Internet Explorer, this option is Save Target As).
