If you will be installing Maximizer 9 on a computer that does not have Maximizer installed then:
Use your current version of Maximizer to back up all Address Books. See the User's Guide for information on how to back up an Address Book.
Copy the Address Book backup files (.sav) to the computer in which Maximizer 9 will be installed.
Install Maximizer 9.
RESOLUTION
Once Maximizer 9 is installed, restore and then convert the earlier Maximizer Address Book by performing the following steps outlined in the below video. Click the link below to start the video.
Note: When opening an Address Book after it has been restored, the Address Book window may be blank. Please perform a search to display the desired Address Book entries.
